2. HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?
You directly provide K9DC with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.

Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or email.

Decide to save your payment details through our booking system.

Complete our dog behaviour questionnaire.

3. HOW WILL WE USE YOUR DATA?
K9DC collects your data so that we can:

Provide your dog(s) with the best care possible.

4. HOW DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?
K9DC securely stores your data online via Revelation Pets – a booking and customer management software. Revelation pets utilises enterprise-level security solutions to protect data and is independently audited every three months.
K9DC also keeps copies of customer information in paper form, as required by licence, stored in locked secure filing facilities.
K9DC will keep your personal data for as long as it reasonably takes to achieve the purpose, we collected it for, K9DC will keep your data whilst you are actively using our services and up to 7 years after your last purchase, to enable an easy process should you wish to use our services again in the future.
K9DC stores customer phone numbers on specified company work phones (iPhone), which are password protected with the most up-to-date iOS software.
K9DC will keep financial information for as long as is required for us to comply with the law.
Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from Revelation Pets software and our hard copy filing system including any phone numbers and email address stored.
5. MARKETING
K9DC would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you will like.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, you can unsubscribe by clicking the link on the bottom of our marketing emails labelled “unsubscribe” or manage your marketing settings on your Revelation Pets profile.

You have the right at any time to stop K9DC from contacting you for marketing purposes.
6. WHAT ARE YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS?
K9DC would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
